Heaton and Co. is a full service interior design firm based in Northern California, serving clients in the Bay Area and beyond.

Founded by, Courtney Heaton, an interior designer who has been helping busy families maximize their space to suit their lifestyle through thoughtful design since 2003.

Courtney grew up in Texas and moved to California after college where she met her husband and is raising her 3 teenage daughters. She blends Texas warmth and southern charm, with San Francisco city chic, and a bit of laid back California comfort. Balance is at the heart of every project. Courtney’s clients love her resourcefulness and relaxed nature during what could be an otherwise stressful time.

JJC Properties

JJC Properties is a real estate development entity created in 2007 between Jarrett Woods, Courtney Heaton and Jonathan Heaton. The purpose is to seek value-add residential opportunities, hold them with tenants-in-place generating cash flow, and long-term growth. Combined with a fix-and-flip rehab model where we found properties that were undervalued and mismanaged, we rehabbed them and sold them back into the marketplace.
