Our Most Recent Dallas Project

Our last Dallas project was our biggest to date. Sourced through a local agent, we were able to take this dated property with excellent amenities such as a nice backyard, pool and solid location, and through a smart redesign, transformed it into a very attractive option for the new owner. There were a number of challenges throughout this project, including the initial contractor walking off the job, that were overcome with some creative thinking and swift decision-making. In the end, we found an eager buyer at a price where we were able to make a solid return.

Purchased as a fixer in need of updating, as well as a modern floor plan, we took this property and delivered a final product that was in high demand. This was the first deal where we took in outside investors, allowing the partnership to add the finishing touches needed to sell for a higher margin.
